These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 399 vet and its users. By using the 399 vet website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Required KYC documents (NID/Passport) must be submitted on time.
• Registration and use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

399 vet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and withdrawals of the bonus or any winnings derived from it will not be permitted until those terms are met.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated while another is still in use.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 399 vet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Voucher codes can only be applied at the time of deposit — not after.

All financial transactions at 399 vet are secure and transparent. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit ৳100 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket). Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the number registered on the account and from which deposits were made.
• A processing fee may apply if you withdraw without placing at least one bet with your deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 399 vet may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Network fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals — this is outside 399 vet's control.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳2,00,000 per month.

Specific rules apply to all Sports Betting, casino games, and live gaming on 399 vet. Not being aware of these rules may lead to unexpected outcomes.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any confirmed bets will remain valid.
• 399 vet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event — refer to the banner or game lobby for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 399 vet. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Bonus fraud — collecting bonuses using multiple identities.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Placing bets on behalf of someone under 18.

399 vet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• If a terms and conditions violation is detected.
• If a discrepancy is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By court order or government directive.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded in accordance with the terms. Balances may be held during an ongoing investigation.

399 vet is not liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet connection failure.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Temporary service interruptions caused by game providers.
